Kaye and Geoff's Recipes - Sauces


Ginger cream topping

1 cup cream cheese		1 cup yoghurt
1 tablespoon brandy		1 teaspoon honey
250 gms dark chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons roughly chopped preserved ginger with syrup
Mix all ingredients together, only enough to combine otherwise the mixture will curdle. Use on icecream or fruit.
