Cheese and bacon puffs

3 tbsp self-rising flour			2 tspn mustard
2 tbsp grated cheese				pinch cayenne pepper
2 chopped bacon rashers				1 egg
pinch salt					3/4 cup warm milk
good knob of butter

Put flour, mustard cheese, cayenne and salt into a bowl. Melt butter in warm milk and add the beaten egg.

Stir milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir in the chopped bacon.

Place dessert-spoon sized portions into greased patty tins. Bake 12-15 mins in hot oven.

Serve hot or warm, split and spread with butter.
