4 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup of flour 1 cup of milk (or half milk half yogurt) 1 cup of cheese Whatever you can find around the place: bacon, corn, mushrooms, onion....
Mix all of the above except the cheese and pour into a greased dish. Bake 40 mins in a moderate oven (less if fan forced).
Before pouring, sprinkle some of the cheese on the bottom of the dish and a handful of corn, chopped ham or bacon, a couple of chopped spring onions, mushrooms, parsley and anything else you might like, such as sundried tomato strips. After pouring mixture over veges sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
